Frequently asked questions

General questions.

How does a project order work?

You as a customer fill out our project planner and after you receive a quote and agree to that, we send out the order for you to fill in. Once we have received your order, we’ll start the project with a meeting. You can read more about our work progress in our story. When everything is ready and the website is launched, we send out the invoice on the work done. Projects have a start-up fee, which is deducted from the final invoice.

Do I own the project result?

YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website, giving us the trust to host and support their digital product. But if for any reason, you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as efficiently as possible.

Websites and e-commerce.

What platform do you build your websites on?

We build both custom solutions (advanced or simple versions) and use open-source Content Management Systems (CMS like WordPress) or E-commerce solutions like Woocommerce, Magento, and Shopify.

How long does it take to build a website?

The time span will vary from project to project. Websites built with CMS or e-commerce solutions will be quicker to set up and deploy than custom solutions. When you’ve filled out our project planner we can give you a more precise answer.

How much does a website cost?

The cost varies depending on various factors, especially how much customized design and functionality your digital product needs. The best way to get a hum of what your project might cost is to fill out our project planner where we give you a quote proposal.

How does the payment process work?

When we’ve agreed on a good price for the project and signed all legal papers, a payment is paid by you in the form of investment at project start. This advance payment is deducted from the total amount, which is paid at the end of the project.

Additional services.

Can you help me with content for my website?

Yes. We can include copywriting, content marketing strategy, photography, and other content creation services in our projects. As we always plan your sitemap and help structure the foundation of your digital product in the planning stages, a lot of customers feel we have good knowledge about their business and comfortable with hiring a digital agency providing a full package.

Can you help me update my existing website that another web firm built?

Yes. We can either help you to update to fix your existing website if you’re experiencing trouble, or further develop it if you’re looking for something new. Note that projects like these might need to be set for hourly work as there are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the same code over time. We’ll also only be able to guarantee quality for the parts we’ve worked on.

Satisfied customers.

What is included in free support and how does it work?

If you host your digital product with us free support is included on weekdays between 08:00-18:00/8:00 am-6:00 pm (UTC +1). You can always call or email us if you have any problem with your website or need advice. Free support includes errors that come from our server. If you have caused the error yourself, we can still help, however, there might be an extra cost if the error is extensive – which we, of course, announced in such cases.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my final product?

All our services guarantee 100% satisfaction. We do not stop working until our customers are completely satisfied with their solution. That is our commitment. However, we will not satisfy unreasonable expectations or requests for work beyond what has already been agreed. You can read more about our terms of use on this page.
